This is a practical book that can bring positive change in your life if you're willing to put it to use. It contains excellent and tasty but still non-gourmet recipes that can be used as daily staples, combined with health tips that either clarify why is a recipe made in a certain way or dive into all kinds of myths surrounding veganism and raw food in general. As much as I liked the practicality of recipes I also liked the common sense approach of health tips.
The only downside of the book would be that many recipes rely on the use of a dehydrator and especially the blender, but considering you can still make half of recipes without those it's still a book really worth buying, especially considering the low price.

Quite a surprising little book really. I did not know you could make so many healthy desserts. And quite simply with few ingredients. I am not a huge dessert person, mainly because most desserts are outrageously unhealthy, but I would eat these for sure. The book is well laid out and easy to read. The pictures really add to it. I don't like cookbooks without pictures of the end result. I would recommend this e-book and wish Eva every success.
Eva has done a fantastic job with this book. I particularly enjoyed that it was more than just a recipe book...it was filled with tips and tricks to make the lifestyle a lot easier to manage. I loved the toffee granola recipe and the "Apple Pie in a Glass." So good! The vegan community, for what it's worth, can sometimes be exclusive and judgmental, but Eva's book does not condescend as some others I've encountered--it's just a wholesome, simple approach to enjoying the fruits of nature and becoming a healthier person. Thank you, Eva, for sharing your recipes! I will continue to enjoy them. Love this book!

You can see by the construction of the recipes that the author has a lot of experience and that all her recipes are a result of years of trial and error.
I liked the 60 tips for better nutritional health and also the fact that is Vegan. All the recipes can be eaten as a desert too which is really amazing.
The recipes ingredients are not more than five making them very easy to make and very practical to make.
I really liked this book and I highly recommend it.

Hi, a Very VERY nice ebook, but let me just say I do prefer a paper book, I am a book lover from way back and especially a cookbook for use with my type of lifestyle now. For me, personally, it is hard to follow with a kindle, just me.Old kindle, like to turn pages lol
Having said the above that has nothing to do with this lovely book, I love it. I am plant based, only for a few years now and I personally had made everything so very complicated for myself. It really is not! NOT! at all! Eva, while on a mission since she was 12 years old, has learned so much and is passing this along to the rest of us in this great book! Easy recipes, 5 or so ingredients, only a few or a couple of machines, you can do it too! Thank you Eva for a lovely informative book with tips, lovely recipes, easy to make, nice pictures, and only a few ingredients and machines to utilize in making!
While I have not tried any of these just yet, just read the book, 156 pages, color pictures, nice explanations, in simple terms, charts, subs in cooking, also giving you a chance to ramp it up with a sub that you like better than the recipe as well, I will and soon. Actually I have most if not all of the ingredients in my pantry! How nice!
An overall nice read, a very useful book for me, I just want (and prefer) a paper copy! lol
So cookbook publishers out there, this little girl has a wonderful book to publish and I am sure she has more in her mind! I adore this book. The recepies are really so simple. And what I like is that they are written so that you can upgrade it by yourself if you wish. I recomend it wRmly to all of you raw and non raw gourments. Enjoy!!!
I binge-read the book in one morning - the combination of recipes and daily tips creates a nicely-flowing narrative that distinguishes this book from so many others.
